PropNex Flag Day 2015

For A Good Cause – PropNex Flag Day 2015 Seeking Volunteers

Join us and show your support for PropNex’s first Flag Day on 22 November. We will be out in the streets to raise funds for Community Chest; to reach out and help the vulnerable in our society. We aim to recruit at least 600 tin bearer volunteers to support us in this island wide fundraising activity!

Take this opportunity to celebrate SG50 and give back to the community.

1. Who can participate as a volunteer? (NOTE: all volunteer tin bearers must be a minimum of 16 years old and above)

- PropNex Salespersons and their family members
- PropNex Staff and their family members

2. Volunteer tin bearer roles:

To be stationed at a designated location to raise funds via selling flags on 22 November, from 8.30am to 4pm. Volunteers can choose to report to various locations across Singapore to raise funds. When an individual donates, the donor should receive a sticker

4. Registration

1. Scroll up to click on 'REGISTER' to sign up, please indicate how many of your family members will be joining the Flag Day.
2. Please indicate your TWO preferred location of collection (NOTE: You may not be allocated to your preferred location). If your preferred location is fully taken up, you will be allocated to your 2nd choice.

5. Compulsory Briefing

PropNexians will have to attend the following compulsory briefing sessions at Hersing Centre - RED Auditorium (you only need to attend ONE session):

- 17 November (Wed), 2pm to 4pm

- 18 November (Thu), 2pm to 4pm

Please indicate your preferred date upon registration.

6. Tin collection

All tins will be issued on an individual basis. All volunteer tin bearers are to collect their tins at PropNex HDB Hub #10 Achievers’ Lounge on 22 November between 8.30am to 10.00am before moving out to your chosen location.

7. Returning of tin

All tins must be returned on an individual basis. All volunteer tin bearers are to return their tins at GM Building #4 on 22 November between 3.00pm to 4.00pm.

8. Dress code

PropNexians will wear the 15th Anniversary t-shirts with comfortable black pants/skirt. Family members may wear any attire they are comfortable with. However, they must be accompanied by a PropNexian at any point in time when collecting donations.

Volunteer registration for PropNex Flag Day 2015 is now open till 15 November.

All donations raised will be allocated in full to Community Chest’s beneficiaries which provide a wide range of social services to help the needy and vulnerable in our society.
